With varied pockets of nature throughout, The Verdean is a where you come home to nature. The name alludes to this and the identity leans into it. A delicate and ever-changing brandworld reflects the biodiversity found throughout.
The Verdean became an immediate success, the fastest selling London development in 2020.

A custom wordmark, using KLIM’s Domaine Display lean in to the wider brandworld with sweeping flourishes and ligatures.
From our positioning the identity flourished. A rich brandworld evoking the wide variety of spaces found at the Verdean, as well as typography with organic characteristics and an expected colour palette inspired by the flora.
After initially engaging sales teams to gain understanding about the development and capture the essence of the location we developed a key set of assets to enable them: marketing suites, on-boarding packs and local guides, as well as shareable digital assets for use across myriad social platforms.
